A Few Issues with the Official Narrative
I'd love to hear an explanation for these discrepancies.
Updated on 12-13-23 to add a video clip.
I've been thinking about what was written in the PCA about Dylan seeing "the masked man with bushy eyebrows” walk past her on the night of the murders…
So let’s say this story is true - that means the police would've heard about it on the afternoon of November 13th, 2022, after they were (finally) called to the scene. They would've asked Dylan and Bethany if they had seen or heard anything the night before, and Dylan would've said,
"Oh yes, I opened my bedroom door and a scary man with bushy eyebrows and a black mask walked right by me! Then I was in a frozen shock phase, so I closed the door, continued texting Bethany, and waited eight hours to call 911!"
...and apparently the cops were like, "okay, sounds legit to me 🤷🏻♂️".
My point being, according to the state's narrative, LE knew the following information on day 1 of the investigation:
1. One of the surviving roommates came face-to-face with the killer, and he was alone.
2. He was white, approximately 5'10" or taller, athletically built, and had bushy eyebrows.
3. He was not someone that the surviving roommate recognized - meaning he was a stranger.
4. What time he left the home, apparently based off of Dylan and Bethany’s text messages (I’m curious if this masked man was captured entering or leaving 1122 King Rd on one of the surrounding home's security cameras).
So armed with this information, the police proceeded to do... absolutely nothing. Go back and watch the police press conferences and interviews from the day after the murders, up until the day Bryan Kohberger was arrested… they don't mention any of this information. Ever. In fact, at one point the Chief explicitly stated that the surviving roommates were “there”, but they weren't witnesses.
(Here’s the clip I'm referring to, from Moscow PD’s first press conference on November 16th, 2022 - 3 days after the murders)
But the police had already heard what Dylan said she witnessed that night… right?
The police don't have Dylan sit down with a sketch artist, they don't let the public know that the killer was alone (or that he was a stranger), and they don't give a physical description. They never give any indication that one of the surviving roommates laid eyes on the murderer as he left the house.
You know… it’s almost as if they came up with that story later on, just for the PCA.
...but that would mean that the police are lying to us, and we all know that could never happen! 🤡
Another thing that makes no sense:
From the PCA:
From an article by Howard Blum:
The police claim that they know what time the murders happened/ended because of text messages between Dylan and Bethany (which is problematic enough as it is). So they would've seen those text messages within a week or two of the murders, no?
Let's say the text messages in question were sent at 4 am… well that would've been true whether LE looked at them on November 13th, 2022, or December 29th, 2022 (which is the date on Brett Payne's PCA). So why did the police originally say the murders happened between 3:00 and 4:00 am, but the PCA said between 4:00 and 4:25 am?
You can see why this is problematic, right? I'm very curious to see if these inconsistencies will ever be addressed by the prosecution, but at this point it seems as though it'll be quite some time until the trial happens.
Also the pca does not tally with police statements asking for E& X whereabouts from 9.00pm to 1.45am .
The pca says , according to bf statements ‘e&x were seen by bf from approximately 9.00pm to 1.45 am . If that were the case then LE would have known that from her very soon after murders , so why were they asking for weeks . - Suddenly with the pca the time is all accounted for . -wonderful !
