The 18% of network data connections mapped between 2:00am and 6:00am is most likely because the phone was stationary in his apartment before 02:47am

I mean he was driving directionally back toward his apartment across campus at 02:44am which was the only vehicle sighting that should have been expected to be corroborated by cellphone movement in the PCA, but wasn't

And if it was in the same place prior to being turned off at 02:47am then you would only need to nap a couple of its network data connections to prove this

Just in my opinion there were two phones active that night -5889 and -8458 and the former gives a record of his whereabouts from the late hours of November 12 through to about 4am and possibly over the duration of the murders

Then we have nothing as both phones were shut down and then only the -8458 came back on at 04:48am

The debate will be whether this 04:48am position was far enough away from the murder house such that he could never have been there; and whether he was separated from the -5889 device during that morning over the course of the murders

Thx for the transcript - that's most helpful

I just went back and looked at the transcript, and he's saying that they've only mapped 18% of the connections from 2 AM to 6 AM on November 13, and there's no way that 82% percent of the connections happened from 2 AM to 2:47 AM. They need to map all of the connections and back up what they're saying in the PCA, or drop the charges

Sorry just saw this - if the other 82% of network data connections are just him sitting in his apartment, then they should still map it - because it's from the most critical timeframe, aka when the state says the murders happened. Also, it would be important to know if his cell phone was sitting at his apartment, because the state's entire theory depends on their claim that his cell phone traveled to 1122 King Rd in Moscow, and then took a very unusual and out-of-the-way route to get back to his apartment. If his cell phone location doesn't actually show that at all (which it seems like Sy Ray is saying exactly that), then it's very important to prove it. If his cell phone was at his apartment the whole night, then that means they completely made up everything in the PCA about his phone "utilizing cellular resources that provide coverage to 1122 King Rd" at specific times, his phone turning off/being put in airplane mode/losing cell service at important times, etc, and they have no way of proving BK was driving where they say he was on that night.

Very true, thank you for your hard work!

This case needs a Sy Ray. Justice won't be served untill real experts look at the evidence and point out the lack of. I hope enough has been saved to do more research but I doubt it. We can only hope..

I agree! At this point I think it's very unlikely that the people who actually committed these heinous murders will ever be held accountable, but at the very least I hope that they don't put an innocent man to death. There's just no way that Bryan Kohberger committed these murders!

No. Unless they suddenly come up with actual footage of him doing it this case needs to be dismissed. Everyone NEEDS it to be him cause what would they do if it isn't?

Admit to a fake pca? A horrible investigation? It would destroy Idaho.

And I think it will.

Agreed. For me to even CONSIDER BK as a suspect, I'm going to need to see video of:

BK’s vehicle (with the license plate visible and him clearly behind the wheel) arriving at 1122 King Rd.

BK getting out of his vehicle and walking into the house, clad in his Dickies onesie and carrying a sheathed knife.

BK running from the house covered in blood, then jumping in his car and driving away.

Along with an independent expert having access to ALL of the DNA/IGG evidence to verify that yes, the DNA sample from the sheath is in fact a match to BK. However, we all know this is never gonna happen, and they are going to continue to do everything they possibly can to make sure he ends up in front of the firing squad. It really pisses me off!

I feel exactly the same. They didn't even add the size of the Vans shoeprint cause they had no idea who they were gonna find as a scapegoat. The entire PCA is bogus and they know it. But Anne knows it too.

The Murdaughtrial maybe having to be redone is giving me hope though. I think Bill, Ashley and the MPD were sweating their pants off, knowing very well this could happen to them.
